With the tenant vacating the property and all the major internal works commencing. A site visit from Lawtech now indicated a change in the agreed Scaffold Stageing. We called Kingsnorth Scaffolding to come tomorrow to make these new changes Tenants carpets being removed and stored for re fitting by a professional carpet company Heat Recovery equipment on site for installation today. The tenant removed all her small items and white goods with the exception of the washing machine.
