Tenant moves back into her home.


Kitchen all complete including all new AAA rated appliances including the NEFF induction hob and Siemens dishwasher.

One of the team all happy to see the last appliance lifted into place.







Last but not least all the team lends a hand to a very happy tenant moving into her newly refurbished home.







Thanks to all the team at BBCL and the specialist subcontractors the dead line was met and we even had the energy left for a quick smile. A good job done all round in only 14 working days!!

But smiles did not last long when there was still no progress from Lawtech to complete the base coat render, the delivery of all the materials had arrived as you can see in the photo above. By this stage it had gone beyond lack of communication and disorganisation. Lawtech’s PM had continually promised BBCL they would be on site to complete the works prior to the tenant moving back into her property which is today. Not committing to his word only left us feeling like this project was being used as a “hospital job”. We contacted Lawtech’s director and explained the continual issues we had been having with their PM, and following the way the project had been run, we had no other choice other than to request a replacement PM to complete the project.
