The TSB launched an initiative to Retrofit UK social housing stock in order to meet future targets in reduction of CO2 emissions and energy use.
The competition 'Retrofit for the future’, looked for at least 50 demonstrator whole house solutions to improve the performance of the entire property with a goal to make deep cuts in carbon emissions. B Ball Contractors Ltd worked with CEN and Ashford Borough Council in winning the competition and to a successful conclusion.

arrived on site Tuesday expecting to see a large gang of renderers as
we did have a good dry day to proceed, and we found no operatives on
site which was very disappointing!
