We have started experiencing issues only after just a couple
of weeks. The air temperature has dropped and the Heat Block of the Thermal
system is cutting out. We have been to site on a few occasions now to reset it,
but it appears to not like the heat.
The system was sold to the designers as a system that will
work down to 5*C, we are around 7*C and its failing.
I have been onto Thermal Reflections the UK distributer and they
have told us that there is a faulty switch inside which need replacing.
You can see form the pictures that the panels are holding a
lot of ice, which is also a concern to us.
We have given the tenant electric heaters as she has no other
form of heating or back up heating, as the system designed is meant to run with
no back up.
