   Yes well done everyone, all our long hard work has paid off.
   
   Sorry about the delay in this blog as this is my very 1st one!
   
   We are really excited about this venture and partnership. This whole project will be very rewarding by us putting this changes in place and proving the difference that they will make.
   
   I will be setting a mobile office on site so that I can assist my Contract Manager on this project and have the means to carry on with my everyday business.
   
   We and our specialist contractors are all geared up to go and ready for the start

2. Yes we have our start date, Tuesday 1st June 2010, can't wait!
   
   Having had a pre-start meeting today with Giles of ABC Housing, we will be looking to start setting up our site compound on the Tuesday after the Mat Bank Holiday.
   
   I have arranged a site meeting on the morning of Friday 14th of May with all of our Specialist Contractors, to finalise the proposed methods and programme of works - this will let us see if all our proposals can become a reality!
